Yilu proxy supports Global Mode, and you can get configuration as following steps:
1.Select the [Yilu Portable Proxy Engine] in the [Proxy Engine Setting] Part on the setting interface;
2.Select [“Proxy” the entire system with all applications network connections] in the Proxy Rules Part.
Note: All the static IP and rotating IP can be selected by right click of mouse to choose [connect] as following screenshot:
